Before Your Admission

When we have received your completed admission form, one of our friendly team members will contact you to confirm your admission details and discuss the information you have provided, including any special requirements. If you have private health insurance we will also discuss those details with you and any relevant out of pocket expenses. All excesses attached to your hospital insurance are to be paid prior to, or on the day of surgery, and are an out of pocket expense.  (This means that you cannot claim them back from your health fund or from Medicare)
